-WHERE IS STAYING IN VINTAGE LOCATED?

WE ARE LOCATED IN LIMA, PERU.

-ARE ALL VINTAGE PRODUCTS PREVIOUSLY WORN?

Most of our products ARE VINTAGE OR SECOND-HAND. THIS MEANS THAT SOME OF OUR PIECES HAVE HAD PREVIOUS OWNERS AND HAVE PROBABLY BEEN WORN.

-ARE THERE ANY ITEMS THAT ARE NOT SECOND-HAND?

OF COURSE, IF THEY ARE NEW ITEMS (NOT SECOND-HAND) THEY WILL BE MENTIONED IN THE ITEM DESCRIPTION.

-ARE VINTAGE ITEMS CLEANED BEFORE SALE?

ABSOLUTELY. ALL VINTAGE PRODUCTS HAVE BEEN PROFESSIONALLY WASHED, SANITIZED AND/OR DRY CLEANED. PLEASE NOTE THAT OLDER PIECES, ESPECIALLY LEATHER PRODUCTS, CAN SOMETIMES RETAIN THEIR ORIGINAL ODORS EVEN AFTER BEING PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED.

-CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Therefore there are no exchanges or returns once payment and purchase have been made.

-WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED FOR SHIPMENT?

ORDERS ARE PROCESSED WITHIN 2-4 BUSINESS DAYS. ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED, YOU WILL RECEIVE A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL, a photo of the package shipped at the post office, and the tracking number.
